Where the client retains legacy liabilities for non-owned sites, BMA provides liability and risk-transfer services through the Risk Online Connexion (ROX)™. This proprietary, secure online system provides a focused presentation of information regarding environmental costs and liabilities for confidential review by risk transfer companies (RTCs). This facilitates efficient, timely due diligence review by RTCs offering risk transfer proposals. BMA’s risk mitigation experts review the risk-transfer offers and provide recommendations to the client, then help negotiate and close the risk transfer transaction.
