BMA’s skills and experience produce a broad service platform to support its clients across a wide spectrum of needs and goals for recovering value while mitigating risk. BMA’s service platform provides necessary breadth, while allowing us to focus services on tailored solutions consistent with client objectives and circumstances. For example, BMA offers specialized eco-asset recovery review and cost recovery evaluations that are not needed by every client or for every property – but BMA has the experience to know when they might be needed and the service platform to provide them when they are.
To implement the VR/RM solutions arrived at through the VRA™ process, BMA provides an array of specific services:
- Protective Property Divestment using the Brownfield Online Connexion (BOX)™;
- Liability and Risk Transfer using the Risk Online Connexion (ROX)™;
- Property Information Management using the Integrated Property Management System (IPMS)®); and
- Liability and Risk Information Management through custom IT solutions.
To support and complement its service platform, BMA works with a number of affiliated and networked service providers, as needed to design and implement optimal solutions for clients.
- Affiliated Legal Services. BMA is affiliated with a law firm that can provide legal services as needed and requested by BMA’s clients (e.g., transactional legal services, cost recovery matters.
- Networked Services. When appropriate and as needed, BMA partners with a network of other VR and RM specialists. Our network consists of pre-qualified vendors for a variety of VR and RM services that, while not required in every instance, in many cases are necessary to achieve optimal results for the client.
